What’s Changed in DanceWorks v. 5.7.29?
- Modified the Confirmation Report to have a wider space for the confirmation note at the end of the report
- Changed the title for the Classroom schedule to: Classroom Schedule
- Updated Online Registration ensuring large numbers of classes upload correctly
I’d like some assistance (video how to is good) – on transferring account transaction details from one session to the next.
I have 2 sessions open. Until they re-register online for the newest session, they are listed as “in-active” in the new session, but we have account transaction activity in the old/current session that would be great to update into the ‘new’ session before I start applying charges to people who re-register and become “active” again.

DanceWorks can’t quite perform that function yet…but we’re trying! While we are able to copy an entire database and delete items from that database (that video is here in case you need it: http://bit.ly/aOoYn3, but it sounds like you already have that part figured out), we haven’t yet developed a way to bring individual items from one session to another already created session or reconcile changes in transactions between sessions.
We’re learning how to do new things every day, though, so once we have a solution we’ll be sure to include it in a future version of DanceWorks.
