If you’ve been paying attention to the Official Akada Software Blog, today brings a special treat. After many months of labor (and a few delays), we have a functioning demo version of DanceWorks Online available. Check out the DanceWorks Online product page on our website for an overview of DanceWorks Online and pricing information.
You can access the demo from the product page or by clicking here and logging in with username ADMIN and password AKADA.
You can also try out the customer access portion of DanceWorks Online (where you will eventually be able to send your customers to pay bills and register students for classes) by clicking here and either creating a new account or logging in to our test account under email address testing.dw.v.1@gmail.com and password AKADA.
In exchange for this sneak peak, all we ask is that you let us know if you come across anything that doesn’t work correctly. Issues that we know about and are fixing are listed below, and will be added to and crossed off the list as reported and resolved. We should be releasing it for actual use very soon and will send you an email when it’s available (don’t get our emails? you can sign up over there on the right –>).
Known Issues

- Generating reports (including receipts, statements, confirmations, etc.) results in error message [rep. 7/21/2010 / resolved 7/23/2010]
- Inventory does not allow addition of a Vendor [rep. 7/21/2010]
- Costumes Screen is not currently functioning (completion on or before 9/1/2010) [rep. 7/21/2010]
- Print/Email Confirmation Report from Account Screen does not generate report [rep.7/23/2010]
