Add Account Fee to an Account

Once the description and fee amounts have been setup in Setup System, you can add them to the Account Screen.These fees are excluded from School Statistics.


When you post the tuition, if that billing frequency has a multiplier, the Account Fee is not multiplied.



 

  • From the Main Menu, select the Account tab.
  • Double-click on an Account name.
  • At the bottom of the screen, under Account Fee, use the pull down arrow to select the fee name.
  • If the fee amount is not correct, type in the new fee.
  • The next time you post tuition, the fee will be posted with tuition.
