- Students associated with the Account, their status and their tuition amounts

- Account Notes
From the DanceWorks Account Screen you can perform the following functions:
- Send an e-mail to the account
- Set the Tuition Calculation Method
- Set the Account Billing Frequency
- Add an Account Fee to the account
- Go To a Student Screen
- Add or Delete a Student
- Add Mail Code Groups
- Enter a Charge or Payment
- View Account Transactions
- Print and/or e-mail the following:
- Registration Form
- Account Confirmation
- Account Statement
- Coupon Books
Account Transactions
- Displays all transactions associated with an account
- View balances, enter charges and enter payments
- Enter cash, check or credit payments for an account
- Allows selection of stored credit card or entry and saving of new card
- View which payments apply to which charges
