Our technicians can instantly guide you through the resolution of your issue online, or you can even grant our technician access to your computer, simplifying the resolution of your issue!
Akada Software technicians are available to provide live online support during our normal business hours:
- Mon. - Thurs.: 10am-12:30pm, 1:30pm-5pm EST
- Fri.: 10am-12:30pm, 1:30pm-2pm EST
If you would like to notify Akada Software of an issue before or after our normal business hours, please submit a support ticket here.
